Hylie has been patching her eye for almost 2 years now with very little complaining. This is no small feat when you're asked to patch for 6 hours every day. On March 11, 2019 Hylie had an eye appointment and we were so excited to find out she went from 20/200 in her right eye to 20/20 with correction! What an accomplishment! Hylie is still patching two hours a day to help prevent things from digressing--but after doing 6 hours, 2 is a snap!
Needless to say, we had to have a celebration for Hylie. So the Saturday after her appointment, we had some fun activities and even went to Dairy Queen to say job well done!
