Let's rewind to Halloween first...
Geoff and I were asked to help out at the annual YSA Halloween Dance. We had a lot of fun keeping refreshments on the table, heating up hot cider and chocolate, and squeezing in a dance or two (of course!). We dressed up as characters from "Hocus Pocus" and just had a blast in all the Halloween festivities.
For Thanksgiving we were fortunate to spend it with our dear friends, the Peterson's. Meranda created an AMAZING feast with more food than anyone could handle. Geoff and I peeled potatoes to prep for mashing, put together a cranberry jell-o salad (is any holiday complete without Jell-o?), and some yummy pumpkin crunch.
We also took advantage of our time off and went here together:
We got to do a session as well as some sealings. I told Geoff attending the Temple over Thanksgiving Break is going to become a tradition for us. :) Geoff loves traditions! He can't stop talking about them. Ha ha! Actually, it's me that gets a little too excited when it comes to creating ideas for our family to enjoy each year.
Now it's time to get ready for Christmas...traditions!
