Dying Easter Eggs

This past Monday for Family Home Evening, we boiled up some eggs and let Hylie experience the fun of decorating them.

She was super excited to dye them and add glittery details (Geoff was the expert in getting the glitter to work!), but later this week when I offered to make her an egg sandwich she freaked out when I asked which of her eggs she wanted to use!  She kept talking about how they need to hatch...I guess I'll have to be a little sneaky when it comes to consuming these precious treasures.

Hylie and Eliana both love playing with their dolls.  It's fun to watch them trigger their imagination and have fun setting up princess parties and fashion shows, and put babies to sleep!
