Playing "Tic-Tac-Tongues"
Recently, she's been pretty big into puppies so her birthday shirt and rice krispie treat cake reflected her current obsession.
This kiddo loves to create and was thrilled to get so many crafty gifts. While Eliana is at preschool, Lillian usually gets to 'call the shots' as to what we do with that time. 9 out of 10 times a request is made to paint or make crafts.
She's growing like a weed and does an amazing job keeping up with her sisters. They love to pretend-play family and school together--Hylie, the teacher, truly enjoys having willing students. I've also been shocked with how much Lillian has soaked up from Hylie's pretend school and the preschool she gets once a month when it is our turn to host--she has started writing letters on her own, she'll be found counting things, and is also in the phase of asking a TON of questions.
Lillian also loves having a baby brother and is constantly wanting to help. The other day she asked to rock him to sleep for his nap--it was super sweet, but Kyron (not surprisingly) got way too wiggly for her, so Mom had to take over so a nap could actually happen.
Looking forward to what this year will bring for our Lillian. (We're hoping to cross off potty training and to quit sucking her thumb here soon...but we'll take what we can get, right?)
